How Kiara reads the body
Before the first touch, Kiara looks at four things. The session is built from them.
- RetentionWhere fluid builds up: abdomen, hips, ankles.

- Posture and shapeThe proportions and the line you can bring out.
- LifestyleRhythm, sleep, movement: what makes her bloat and what helps.
The Kiara Method is a hands-only body-sculpting method. Every session starts with a reading of the body (fluid retention, tissue, posture and shape, lifestyle) and is built for that guest.
Four formats
How we work with your hotel
Kiara in Residence
Kiara joins your spa for one or two weeks, with signature treatments reserved for your guests.
Signature Team Training
Your spa team learns the Kiara Method, and the treatment enters your menu as the hotel's signature.
Ongoing Certification
We train new therapists and keep the team up to date, so the standard stays the same.
Kiara for the season
For a whole season, Kiara relocates to your property: signature treatments for guests and team training, day by day.
There is only one Kiara: residences are planned season by season. Every format is tailored to each property.

Kiara, founder of the KIARA METHOD
A lymphatic sculpting specialist for 10 years, Kiara created the KIARA METHOD and has trained more than 100 professionals at the KIARA METHOD Academy. Courses run in Bucharest, Milan and Lugano, and at DIVA by Kiara, in Voluntari, the method is practised every day.

Kiara teaches in Italian and works with an interpreter in your team's language when needed.

How much does it cost?
